Eligible Participants: Enrolment in the Crochet4Beginners course grants access solely to the individual purchaser and their immediate family members.
Access Duration: Participants will retain access to the course materials for the lifetime of the course.
Login Details:Access credentials are issued on an individual basis and are restricted to users aged 18 and older. An adult must log in on behalf of any child participating in the course, ensuring proper supervision and adherence to course guidelines at all times.

2. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course Fee: The standard course fee is $299, with promotional discounts available during specific periods.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made using credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Download Permissions: Course content may be downloaded to devices owned by the purchaser or their immediate family members. Distribution of content beyond the immediate household is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content outside the immediate household is not permitted.

4. Course Structure and Parental Involvement

Course Completion: Participants are expected to progress through the course in the prescribed order, without skipping modules, to ensure a thorough understanding of the material.
Parental Involvement:Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their children and may need to provide assistance with certain tasks.
Supervision is required for younger children at all times, particularly due to the potential safety hazards associated with crochet tools.

5. Community Guidelines

Online Community Conduct:
The online community is exclusively for parents to have discussions related to crochet and the course materials. All interactions must remain respectful, relevant, and focused on these topics.
Members are strictly prohibited from initiating direct messages with one another or soliciting personal information.
Parents are required to supervise their children to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Parents are fully responsible for their child’s safety, behavior, and comments within the community at all times.
Crochet4Homeschoolers is not liable for any inappropriate behavior or language used by participants. We reserve the right to remove access to the community for any member who violates these terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Skill Level Disclaimer: While the course is designed for beginners, successful completion does not guarantee proficiency in crochet. Parents are encouraged to reach out for support if their child encounters difficulties with the course content.
Parental Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the parent to assess whether their child is ready to undertake crochet lessons.

7. Termination and Revocation of Access

Termination of Access: Violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of access to the course materials and online community.
Revocation of Privileges: In cases of breach regarding content sharing or community conduct, access may be revoked without refund.

11. Technical Requirements:

Access to the course requires a laptop, iPad, or equivalent device with a reliable internet connection.
Crochet4Homeschoolers is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions, including but not limited to inadequate equipment or Wi-Fi connections, on the part of the purchaser.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their device and internet connection are sufficient for accessing and utilizing the course content effectively.

12. Course Materials and Tools:

The Crochet4Beginners course is entirely digital and does not include physical items or tools.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to obtain all necessary crochet tools and materials required for the course, including but not limited to crochet hooks, yarn, a darning needle, measuring tape, and scissors.
A comprehensive list of recommended tools and resources is provided in the Parent’s Handbook, including interactive shopping links to assist in acquiring these items.
Crochet4Homeschoolers is not responsible for any issues or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from the use of tools or materials not specified in the provided recommendations.

13. Pricing and Currency:

The course fee is set in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All payments will be processed in AUD.
Please be aware that conversion rates may vary depending on your location and the currency exchange rates applied by your payment provider or bank.
Any additional fees or charges related to currency conversion are the responsibility of the purchaser.
